How to Recover The Damaged Hair

We are young and We love Coloring ,Perming,Straightening And doing Different things...

Well..but playing with your hair will causes damage.

Here are the ways how to Recover Your Hair Easily




Hair Oil 

Oiling hair atleast once in a week can reduce the damage of your hair. It  will nourish your hair well and help to grow faster. Also a good oil massage will help to relax your mind and body.

eg: Coconut oil, Almond oil , Amla oil

{After you oil your hair,cover your head in a hot towel and wait 10 minutes then wash your hair. Do it once in a month }

Hair Conditioner 

If your hair has serious damage then whenever you shampoo your hair also use conditioner. If it is less damaged, use conditioner thrice in a week.

Hair spa 

You can go for a hair spa once in a month. Its good for clearing dandruff and roughness

Cut off split ends 

Cutting split ends will save  rest of the hair From splitting

Eat Healthy 

Eat the food which has lot of Vitamin E.
eg: Almonds, Salmon , Walnuts,

Extra Tips

Avoid  the colors which contains Ammonia.
Try to not heat your hair everyday
Use less chemical shampoo and conditioner
Stay tension Free :) (whatever its just hair )
